Chapter 1 – The Ethereal Plane!

We should rest before we explore the next level. It has been a long day! Isai if you even come anywhere near, Karna, I will end you!” Rheill declared forcefully.
Isai looks at Rheill in total fear. Next, he finds somewhere to rest on his own, isolating himself. Sana rests at a spot close to Karna and Rheill.

Karna snuggles up tighter than ever to Rheill, after removing her helmet. She says softly, “Sorry for distancing, myself from you that was the wrong decision,” being careful not to wake the others.
“Karna, look at me.” She looks at Rheill, as both of them remove their armoured-headpieces.
He speaks again, “You did nothing wrong, and I cannot imagine what you are going through now. Let me hold you so you can get some real sleep.
Karna merely curves her lips into a warm and graceful smile and places her head on his chest and drifts off into a slumber. Next, Rheill kisses Karna gently on her forehead.
Karna got the rest, which she desperately needed after finally not having to hide the despicable actions of Isai.
She held this burden for so long that occurred within the Creature Cavern one month ago. Sana struggled to get some rest, as all she could think about was what Isai had done to her. Even though they were not together officially, she did like him a lot.
She thought to herself, ‘At least, I know what he is like now, and not later when we got married!’
Sana then calmed down after that final thought of her knowing now; she tried to get closure and focus on the task that they have to achieve, as failure is not an option. She then falls into a deep haze. Isai had a long time to think hard at what he had put Sana, Karna and Rheill through before getting some shut-eye. Rheill had fallen sleep like a log with Karna snuggled up tightly in his muscular arms that got concealed under the chain mail sleeves.

Book 1 – Chapter 27 – Arrival at the Tomb of The Firestaff!

Karna finally closes her stinging eyes from all of the tears she had shed a few moments ago.
‘I should not distance myself from Rheill… I now know this was a mistake. I need him more than ever, but the group can never know the truth it will cause a volcanic eruption that is unrepairable!’ Were the final thoughts that travelled through Karna’s mind while her eye-lids remaining tightly shut.

Book 1 – Chapter 26 – The Deceptive Truth!

Karna places her helmet back over her beautiful and silky, jet-black hair; she finds her new Mithril chainmail as light as a feather. The armour fits her chest flawlessly and shows off all the curves of her upper-body beautifully.
The shield-maiden of Rune then collects the flaming-flambeau from the stony-terrain and holds it in her right hand.
Next, Karna starts walking back to the room sealed by the lattice-windowed, wooden door. She exits under the archway of the portcullis and then acts very cautiously as she is alone. Karna then follows the winding part of the long corridor to the south and then she treads silently The towards the west. The torch lights up the door that was tightly shut by Sana, Isai and Rheill. Karna opens the door, which startles Rheill as he immediately jumps up to his feet and raises his axe. He quickly lowers it as he sees his lovely Karna.

Book 1 – Chapter 25 – The Vorpal Blade!

All four of them awaken after another well-deserved slumber, “Morning, Sweetheart and everyone!” Said Karna, who was the last one to wake up.
“Ah, you are finally awake, Karna… I have already refilled your water-bottle, but please go an freshen yourself up before we head out again!” Replied Sana.
“That was sweet of you, Sana!” Answered Karna as she smiles at Sana while she places the helmet over the top of her jet-black long-locks.
Rheil had already put his headpiece back on as he was ready to press onwards.
After a few minutes, Karna returns after freshening herself up at the lion-headed water fountain upstairs.
“I am ready, and I see everyone else is too!” She said as she walks to the front-lines again and leads them back to the locked the door; which was on the left side of the junction with the three sets of encrypted writing on the walls. Read the rest of this entry

Book 1 – Chapter 24 – The Catacombs of The Dead

“Sana, what’s wrong… I saw you shiver just now?” Asked Isai.
“The cryptic text reads. If you want to stay alive, you better turn and run!” replied Sana to Isai.
“Screw that text… we are not running from nothing!” Said Rheill.
“Yes, Rheill is right, we have a job to do and thats to restore the balance to the firestaff!” Added Karna to the conversation.
The party then sees two more sets of text engraved into the walls; one on the left wall and one on the right. The party explores the left-handed corridor off of the junction. All of the adventurers notice it leads to a locked wooden door with the keyhole carved flawlessly into the wall on the right of it.
“I guess we investigate the other direction. Even though we have the Iron key, we should check what is down the other way. Also, the area looks open without any doors, which could lead to an ambush if we open this up!” Explained Karna, forcing people to pay attention to her surroundings.
“Well, let me read the writing on the wall now. The text on the wall near the locked door reads I hate Cowards!”
“What does the other say?” Asked Isai.
“I don’t like to be ignored! I guess that means ignoring the turn back, but Karna and Rheill are correct. We cannot turn back now!” Said Sana.
“Well, let’s Ignore whoever wrote this as I am going right!” Declared, Karna firmly.
